"It's who I am," Beth says, of her sacred work as her way of life. Based in Bedford, NY, Beth practices sound healing in workplaces and community settings, incorporating healing flutes she has made in the traditions of her teacher, Tito LaRosa. "This is more than a modality, it is how I communicate. It is how I express myself to the world intentionally and with purpose."
Beth grew up in Malden, Massachusetts and resided in the Cambridge Zen Center in the early 2000s. Her time at the Zen Center, Beth says, "laid the foundation for my work as a practitioner, emphasizing the importance of connection, collective healing, and the exploration of our inner selves."
Beth began her career as a hairstylist, including 6 years at Bumble & Bumble in NYC. She uses those skills in ceremonial haircuts, a transformational process of haircutting imbued with intent and ritual. She also offers cacao ceremony with the blessing of her teacher from the Tz’utujil People of Guatemaya. Beth has traveled extensively in Guatemala and Peru and considers the Sacred Valley of Peru, where she makes her healing flutes, "the most magical place in the world."
Beth is a mother of three and offers 1:1 sessions and group experiences in the greater NY area.
How She Glows
"One of my daily practices is tending to my altar," says Beth. "After that, it's breathwork and stretching."

Where She Goes
🧘🏽♀️ Having lived there for many years, Brooklyn is still close to Beth's heart, and she returns to offer practices at the healing studio Maha Rose. "Maha Rose has the best energy! Welcoming, safe and cozy community, it's my go to."
🥾 In Bedford, Beth recommends hiking at the Mianus River Gorge: "My go to spot when friends come up to visit."
