In this collaborative somatic experience, Debbie will guide you through a powerful breathwork journey, supported by Reiki and a non-traditional, intuitive playlist.
Throughout the session, Laura will offer hands-on Thai massage and acupressure to help steady the nervous system, encourage relaxation, and support deeper release.
Together, Debbie and Laura create a grounded, nurturing space where each participant is held with care—through individualized attention and the collective energy of the group. This is an opportunity to slow down, soften, and allow your body to receive.
