About Revery

Sarah & Sandra at Work

Revery is seasonal living that feels good

It's a club of sorts.

A group of people who know that taking care of their energy matters.

Makes a difference in their lives. And it does. So we make it accessible:

Our paid membership is just $6/month

Your Revery Membership includes:

  • A twice-monthly feel-good newsletter with stories and tools for tending your energy.
  • Access to our library of seasonal, sensory practices—gentle ways to care for your energy through movement, breath, reflection, and bodywork, created in collaboration with experienced practitioners in our community.
  • Event listings for gorgeous gatherings hosted by Revery and our members worldwide: from sound baths to breathwork, mahjong afternoons to solstice celebrations.

On the new and full moons—something lands in your inbox. A practice. A pause. A practitioner we trust. Sometimes an event worth traveling for.

It's not a wellness prescription. It's an energy reset. Small, sensory, yours.

Who We Are

Revery was founded by two friends who believe energycare, beauty, and seasonal rhythm belong in everyday life—not aspirations, just the texture of Tuesday.

Sarah Epps, CEO

Sarah creates community everywhere she goes—leading Product Marketing teams at Meta, organizing volunteers at her local food pantry, and now through Revery, bringing women together to celebrate their bodies, the seasons, and each other. She weaves technology into systems that support people: She's named in a patent for advertising privacy software used by millions on Facebook and Instagram, and brings the same love and intention to documentation and tools for her community work. Her research has been quoted in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Economist, NPR, and USA Today. Sarah shares the texture and beauty of embodied experience through her early work writing travel guides for Let's Go, her Substack Recipe as Feeling, and her current adventures on ladies' weekends, retreats, and in her own backyard in Hastings on Hudson, NY.

Sandra Dawn, Chief Creative

Sandra knows flow. She knows warmth. Dress-sweats and blanket coats. She creates spaces where you feel you belong. She sees the beauty of ordinary life and has an instinct for the people living it. That instinct runs through everything she's done—from moderating early message boards and on-air reporting at CBC and CTV, to content strategy at Ten Thousand Villages, to founding a floral subscription business and a home decor shop with an artisan community space in Westchester. Each one made tiny moments of beauty in people's lives. Revery carries this further.

You Can Now Gift Revery

What we've noticed over the past seasons is this: the Revery newsletters are opened.

If someone in your life could use a little energycare—a reset—you can gift Revery for a month or a full year.

Are you a practitioner? We'd love to collaborate.
