Laura Hoffman, L.Ac. and percussionist Samer Ghadry are co-hosting a 90-minute sunset experience blending Thai yoga massage, acupressure, and a sound journey—on a covered deck at the Palisade Boat Club, perched right over the Hudson.

As you receive hands-on bodywork and follow Samer's meditative sound journey, the current of the river runs beneath you. Natural earth energies, acoustic resonances, and healing touch come together in a supportive container as the sun sets.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or blanket. We'll be on the deck above the Hudson River, so arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in.
