I know this community is beautifully diverse, and I’m so grateful you’re here. From time to time, I’ll share offerings created specifically for women of color, like the retreat below. Even if this isn’t for you personally, I invite you to read on and maybe share it with someone in your life who might deeply benefit.

Take a deep breath and imagine this: warm ocean breezes, turquoise waters, and six days dedicated entirely to your rest and renewal.

This March, I’m hosting a Barbados Rejuvenation Retreat, a space designed with deep intention for women of color who are ready to slow down, restore their energy, and flow through 2026 feeling grounded and replenished.

✨ What’s included:

  • Daily oceanfront yoga, grounding breathwork & soul-stirring sound baths to rejuvenate your spirit
  • Spa treatments to melt away tension
  • private chef–prepared menu with fresh, local ingredients
  • sunset catamaran cruise with dinner and ocean breezes
  • Plenty of free time just to be—whether that’s reading, journaling, napping, or simply existing in stillness

💫 Important update: The early bird deadline has been extended — but only until September 15. If you’ve been considering it, this is your chance to reserve your spot at the best rate and get a 1-1 coaching session with me so you can begin your self-care journey before the trip begins!

This retreat isn’t just a getaway—it’s an intentional pause, a chance to exhale fully, surrounded by beauty, care, and community.

📅 When: March 4-9, 2026

Because sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is give yourself permission to pause.
