Year End Reflection with Oracle Cards - A Guided Meditation with Sarah Epps | 11 min

As the Winter Solstice approaches, it’s a perfect time to reflect on the year you’ve traveled, appreciate where you’ve grown, and choose what energy you want to carry forward. In this 11-minute audio recording, I guide you through how to work with oracle cards to ask four questions for year-end reflection. You can use an oracle card deck like The Wild & Sacred Feminine deck, or just use your intuition, no cards required.

The practice includes lighting a candle, connecting with your guides, shuffling and drawing cards, and interpreting their messages. This reflective process offers an opportunity to connect with the part of you that knows, who sees clearly where you are and how you want to move forward.

Rough sketch of oracle card pulls and their meaning in black ink in a journal
Sarah draws out her oracle pulls and the feel & meaning she gleans from it

As part of your reflection, you can sketch the images of your cards in a journal along with notes on what they mean to you. Or record a voice note to yourself, or take a photograph. These documents can all be something to look back on at your year-end next year.
