A strength and mobility workshop with fabulous tunes, total body weight lifting, & myofascial release to help you build strength, reduce aches, and return to ease so you can "climb any mountain" you want to!
We begin with heat—upbeat movement, light weights, floor work to build strength, stability, and energy to a super fun playlist.
We explore total body joint mobility, gently tuning into our body's range of motion.
We end with softening—myofascial release and restorative practices to help the body reset & return to itself.
