About The Event

As the holiday rush settles and the new year begins to unfold, you are warmly invited to step inward and reset from a place of calm and clarity, all from the comfort of your own home.

This Online Silent Retreat offers a rare opportunity to unplug from the noise of daily life and reconnect with yourself through guided silence, meditation, mindfulness practices, and gentle structure. It is a nourishing day designed to support deep rest, reflection, and renewal as you begin the year intentionally.

This retreat is for those who already meditate and or for those who feel a sincere inner calling toward stillness and presence. It is best suited for participants who feel open to spending much of the day in silence and are ready to give themselves the gift of a true pause.

You are invited to create a cozy retreat space at home with a blanket, warm tea, nourishing food, and a quiet room where you can be fully present with yourself for the day.

What You Will Experience

-A gently guided day of intentional silence
-Live guidance held on Zoom
-Extended meditation and spacious reflection
-Gentle mindful movement to support the body
-Mindful walking and mindful eating as part of the practice
-Nervous system calming and mental clarity
-A supportive, grounded container for inward retreat

This experience is designed to feel steady, spacious, and deeply restorative.
