Monique describes herself as an "Illuminator," and she is. She glows. Her skin, her presence, her smile. She uses her superpower of illumination when she's at work with her coaching clients, helping them see their own strengths and superpowers. Monique also has a tough-love, fierce mother edge: "I provide a container for my clients to be seen, and also to be challenged," she says.
Her decades of experience in product marketing leadership roles at Amazon, Walmart, and Meta gives her perspective and empathy for women in corporate roles. Her journey with breast cancer at age 40 catalyzed her to take a different path in her career, as a "champion of champions" through coaching and hosting retreats for women are catalyzing change in their lives.

How She Glows
"I get outside to any patch of dirt and put my feet on the earth. I take deep breaths into stillness and invite a little bit of awe."
Where She Goes
Monique loves being a tourist in her own city of NYC, and especially loves finding nature spots that refresh her energy:
🚲 The Empire State Biking Trail starting in Battery Park: "You're still in the city but passing through all these little parks. I love pulling over for a picnic on a pier."
🌸 Roosevelt Island, especially in cherry blossom season
🏰 Fort Totten in Queens, where she takes bike rides with her daughters or solo strolls
📍 We're starting a REVERY Map of NYC co-created by Revery members – add your own places that feel soooo good to visit.
