As a Next Chapter Coach, Elizabeth combines a corporate background with soul work, like tarot and walks in the woods, Core Energy Coaching, Acceptance and Self-Compassion, Mindfulness, Hakomi Somatics, and Reiki.

Nicole’s yoga teaching has inspired me to embrace a more fiery practice, and to practice regularly, even if it’s just a few minutes a day. Her retreats in Maui, Mexico, and California are the perfect blend of structure and space.

Combining her corporate and intuitive skills, Kim Knievel uses tools like Akashic Records readings and Human Design to advise clients on their business and personal paths.
