I’ve been practicing yoga for more than 25 years, and no teacher has changed my practice or my life more than Nicole Cronin. Nicole’s yoga teaching has inspired me to embrace a more fiery practice, and to practice regularly, even if it’s just a few minutes a day (I often use her recorded videos from the Pad’s website when I can’t get to my local studio).
I have never been a regular at her lovely light-filled studio, The Pad, in the Marina of San Francisco, but I’ve been on six (and likely more by the time some of you read this!) of her retreats: in Sacramento (where I was first introduced to Nicole by my friend Liza Bales), in the Santa Cruz mountains, in Maui, in Mexico. Each of her retreats has been the perfect blend of structure and space. Nicole has a superpower of bringing amazing women together and holding space for us all to shine.
