I know Emily Harding as an intuitive, skilled massage therapist, and she is that and more. The core of her practice, Well Wombn Inc, is in supporting women and pregnant and postpartum people through therapeutic bodywork, full-spectrum doula care, lactation consulting, abortion and bereavement care. Her massage and bodywork practice incorporates her training in reiki, crystal healing, aromatherapy, and craniosacral therapy—you do not need to be pregnant to work with her! Emily is one of three perinatal massage specialists in Westchester County, and she is an expert in women’s wellness. In Emily’s words: “My practice was born out of necessity: a space exclusively for women of all ages and stages to treat a multitude of ailments and maladies.” Her practice is inclusive of trans, nonbinary and gender nonconforming clients.

When I go to Emily for a massage, she really listens to what’s going on with me and crafts a totally unique approach incorporating multiple modalities (hot stones, essential oils, stretching, deep tissue) and I leave feeling much, much better in my body. She works and hosts seasonal workshops in a beautiful studio called the Wellnest in Dobbs Ferry, NY, shared with Dr. Ivana Vargas and acupuncturist Chryssa Tsakiris.
