Dance As Energy Care | Mariposa Movement x REVERY
I feel lighter 🪶

The single biggest change I’ve made in my energy care this year is to dance.
I dance multiple times a week with Aliza Rivka and the heart-centered women who join her online dance circles with Mariposa Movement.
There are no steps to memorize, no specific style, just whatever my body is asking for in that moment.
I feel the music and let my limbs work out any tension I’m carrying: Jump and twirl in my silky dresses. Slow down and grace the floor.
This practice lightens up my energy — I still feel grounded, but I’m not taking life so seriously. A welcome shift.
When Aliza said “yes” to partnering with us to bring her magic to you, my heart did a dance too 💖
Now, live in Revery are four custom-made dance practices you can do on your own time, wherever you are.
Each practice is 20 minutes or less and comes with a custom Spotify playlist.
Clear your space
Dress in whatever clothes feel good, and
Dance just for yourself 💃🏽

🌸 Class #1 — Gratitude Practice (20 min)
Aliza shares a brief introduction and then moves into a practice of gratitude, so that we can tap into the goodness that’s already here, now.
🔥 Class #2 — Release Practice (20 min)
Rooted in gratitude, we use movement to shed what no longer serves us.
🌿 Class #3 — Alignment Practice (18 min)
Lighter now in our minds and bodies, we dance with the theme and intention of alignment.
💫 Class #4 — Integration Practice (17 min)
This class weaves together all that you’ve moved and discovered into grounded wholeness.
These energy care practices are available to members for free. We’d love for you to join REVERY and dance with us!
With reverence for all you dance for,
Sarah
