Summer Solstice Signature Cocktail

We celebrated Sandra’s 50th birthday with a neighborhood backyard pool party to mark the summer solstice with a signature Campari cocktail.

Kids jumped into water and adults lounged nearby, sipping the signature cocktail batched beautifully by Sarah.

Summer’s Signature Batch Cocktail: Solstice Sunrise

Mix 1 part Campari

2 parts grapefruit juice

Serve over ice

Top with seltzer, a squeeze of lime & enjoy!
