Breath work, Qigong, hip movement to relax the pelvic floor. 

Awaken the sacral chakra and connect with creativity, sensuality and flow. 

Play, connect and share in a supportive environment. 

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, bring layers for the more restful parts of the workshop.
