Join Lisa Kampf of The Lighter Way for an afternoon designed for mothers. Enjoy a few hours set aside to slow down, connect, and be together. 

Set aside a few hours to step away from the pace of daily life and enjoy time that is supportive, restorative, and shared with other women. 

This gathering brings together gentle movement, great food, deep rest, and meaningful connection. 

The afternoon flows with: 

• Yoga led by Faye Rex that opens the body and releases tension, meeting people where they are at all levels of experience

• Relax, connect, and enjoy a delicious lunch by the Tavern 

• Then immerse yourself in a soothing and healing sound bath with Reiki led by Lisa Kampf and Beth Ricciardone 

• Reflect, share, and end the afternoon in community with a closing circle. This afternoon is a beautiful way to celebrate the mothers in your life—or to spend a restorative afternoon with friends.
