Join us for a day retreat in nature to nourish your senses. An invitation to experience autumn in an extraordinary setting.

Gather + Ground is an intimate day hosted at an exclusive private retreat nestled in the natural beauty of Westchester. Limited to a small group, this one-of-a-kind experience brings together three exceptional practitioners across the world of nature, sound and culinary artistry.

A guided forest bathing experience invites you into the landscape. A restorative sound healing session offers space for stillness and renewal. And an elegant seasonal lunch by graze New York brings everyone together around the table to savor the abundance of the season.

Thoughtfully curated, intentionally intimate, and surrounded by nature, Gather + Ground is a rare opportunity to step away from the ordinary and fully immerse yourself in the beauty of autumn.
