We will have **guided meditation and embodiment practices each morning, customized workshops each afternoon** (tailored to participant interests), and lots of **hands-on time for crafting** (playing in clay, leather, words. etc). It will be an abundant buffet where you can join as you like and also have space for revitalization in your own way.

**When:** April 29-May 3, 2026\. Arrive to Taos anytime that Wednesday - retreat formally begins late afternoon
