She’s lived that transformation—in her words, “reclaiming peace and power.” She spent her career as a designer and design leader for 25 years. I met Courtney in her previous life as a Design leader at Meta. She created a whole new discipline of Design Program Managers who led the operational process for product (software) design from a customer-centric perspective. She hired amazing people (I poached some! :), and her energy was so bright it filled every room she entered.
