During this collaborative somatic session, Debbie guides you through a powerful Breathwork experience, supported by Reiki and an intuitive playlist, while Laura provides hands-on Thai massage and acupressure to steady and relax the nervous system. Together, they offer a constant loving presence, bolstered by the collective energy of the group.

Drawing on principles from Chinese Medicine, the evening focuses on nourishing the yin through gentle touch and stillness—replenishing reserves, fostering deep relaxation, and supporting sleep, digestion, and emotional balance.

Spaces are limited to ensure individualized attention.
